Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) has been concluded electronically between [DykGrup] (“Seller”) and the user purchasing services via [www.dykgrup.com] (“Buyer”). 2. Subject The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations regarding the sale and performance of digital services (advertising management, consultancy, software, design, etc.) offered by the Seller to the Buyer. 3. Scope of Service The scope, duration, and price of the purchased service are determined via the website, a proposal document, or written communication channels (e-mail/messaging). 4. Right of Withdrawal Digital services and services performed immediately may fall outside the scope of the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable legislation. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the provision of the service has commenced. 6.
