Cancellation and Refund Conditions

1. Parties This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between [DykGrup] (“Seller”) and the user purchasing services via [www.dykgrup.com] (“Buyer”). 2. Subject The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations regarding the sale and performance of digital services (advertising management, consultancy, software, design, etc.) offered by the Seller to the Buyer. 3. Scope of Service The scope, duration, and price of the purchased service are determined via the website, proposal document, or written communication channels (e-mail/messaging). 4. Fee and Payment The service fee is the amount specified at the time of the order. Payment is made via bank transfer, credit card, or other specified payment methods. 5. Right of Withdrawal Digital services and services performed immediately may fall outside the scope of the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable legislation. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the service has already commenced. 6. Obligations The Seller agrees to provide the service within the specified scope, while the Buyer agrees to provide the necessary information and access in a timely manner. 7. Effectiveness By approving this agreement electronically, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all its terms.
