Cancellation and Refund Terms

1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”),

4. Fees and Payments

5. Right of Withdrawal
Digital services and services provided instantly may be excluded from the right of withdrawal by law. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the service has already commenced.
6. Obligations
The seller agrees to provide the service within the scope specified; the buyer agrees to provide the necessary information and access in a timely manner.
7. Entry into force
By electronically approving this agreement, the buyer is deemed to have accepted all its terms and conditions.
